Lucky are those who understand how lucky they are - Another Home Sold! 

I posted this home to facebook last Wednesday when it was first listed.  It was quite amazing how many people responded and attended the first open house.  The public open house was Sunday and we ended up as expected with multiple offers.  Not every sale is about just lot value.  These owners spent wisely and renovated with a great deal of thought.  The fact that they have great taste also did not hurt their cause.  This home has now sold over asking.  Call for further details or like my facebook page to be kept abreast of all the changes on the North Shore.  Have a good week – Patrick O’Donnell.
