Wendy Smith: As my Assistant, Wendy takes care of the office administration, manages my website, and handles marketing as well as the transferring of paperwork to conveyancing and banks. Wendy maintains my data base, follows up with local and international buyers, plus a whole host of other ‘Johnny on the Spot’ requests.
Martyn Smith: Professional photographer and videographer. Martyn, with my direction, will ensure that the features of the interior of your home, as well as the features of the neighbourhood, are highlighted to a potential buyer.
Anne Nealy: Marketing. Anne takes care of the distribution and design of feature sheets for open houses and mail outs, private showing data sheets and signage.
Todd Long & Chris: My official measurement team! Todd and Chris take care of the official floor plans (Auto Cad) for the website and official hand out pamphlets to ensure that the correct measurements are given to the buyers. This also cuts down on the number of showings from Buyers just to place furniture.
Dave Kepkay: Handyman extraordinaire – takes care of those little jobs that you kept promising yourself you would eventually fix.
