West Vancouver Real Estate Update 

There are 5 new listings in West Vancouver today: 

A charming 2 bedroom cottage on Marine Drive in West Bay with outstanding ocean views offered at $ 869,900. This a court-ordered sale, sold on an “as is where is” basis. The property has BC Rail directly behind the rear lot line. I cannot believe this went to a court sale, there is good value here and what a great location. 

If you are looking in Cedardale, this home may not be the one you want, yes there are lots of upgrades but it backs right on to highway one.  It has been for sale since the earth cooled and now they have increased the price.  Probably because they just received their new assessed value. So of course if the District says it is worth more, then it has to be true!! If you need a realistic read on what exactly the assessed value means to your actual value - just give me a call.
