Outside my job description!

Blog by Patrick O'Donnell PREC* | October 3rd, 2011

If I hear just one more time "it's not in my job description" fur will fly.  In this day and age that kind of attitude should be grounds for an immediate dismisal, plus a good public flogging on the way out. If there is a problem, sort it out, find  a solution. If after finding the solution or sorting the problem you feel that that was outside your job description go and speak with the boss and let him/her know for future reference.  to be honest in this current economic climate everything is in your job description.  West Vancouver Real Estate, it's where I live, it's where I work, it's all in my job description.
