Strata Information For 6925 Odlum Court
The strata is a bare lot strata. The property including the back yards, front yards and side yards are owned by the individual property owners. The roads, pool area and other common green spaces, such as the paths and ponds and their surrounding areas are commonly owned by the owners on an equal basis. There is approximately three acres of common area.
The strata fee of $500 covers in general the following:
-Gardeners once a week for most of the year. Aside from the common property areas the gardeners are responsible for all the owners’ lawns, as well as required leaf blowing, and trimming all hedges as required both common and private, including the perimeter hedge, plus general clean up. Many owners direct the gardeners on how they would like their hedges trimmed, a few like to do the trimming themselves, as the land around the houses belongs to the individual houses and only a bit by the roads is strata property. Many maintain their gardens because they want to, some do nothing at all, or very little.
