Real Estate is my Business - The North Shore is my home.

Blog by Patrick O'Donnell PREC* | August 25th, 2010

Real Estate has been my business since 1984. I have seen and worked in every economical downturn, trend and upswing known to man. The city in which I worked originally was on the brink of closing down - there was a sign on the highway that read 'Last one out - turn off the lights' and still I sold Real Estate.

I worked through interest rates that reached 19.5% and let me tell you, and then you become creative. When the interest rates dropped to 14% we were dancing in the streets.

I have worked in a one industry town where the price of oil dictated your fate that day in so many ways and I have worked through the incredible mayhem of 2007 when there just were not enough hours in the day to keep up with the demand.

Here we are now in 2010 and the market continues to fluctuate.  Well priced homes are still selling hot cakes and homes in the prime locations will sell no matter what the T.V. and radio tells us about the ‘sky falling’.

Real estate is my business and I live on the North Shore and you can be assured that no one will work harder or more professionally on your behalf than I will.

If you or any of your friends or family has real estate questions, do not hesitate to give me a ring. We can discuss the options and provide you with enough information to make an informed decision.

Speak to you soon - all the best
