Another winter is coming to a close (Please dear God – tell me it is!) And again, buyers and sellers are in a strong debate about the ‘move up’ or ‘move down’ of the market on the North Shore.
I showed homes this morning to a couple who had strong opinions on the downward spiral of the market. We had requested appointments to preview 6 homes, only two were available…2 had offers and 2 more not only had accepted offers, but also back-up offers in place.
No matter what the current reports are telling you…each and every day I am in the proverbial trenches. First hand…the market is moving and as the weather improves the purse strings will loosen mark my words! This is not a self-serving statement, it is a “no drama” summary of fact!
